Martin & Luisa Knight - Bagged Audi RS3

We have since had the car lowered on MaxLoad Air Ride with P1 management. The team helped us understand the different options that were on offer and what would best suit the car and how we use it.

We brought the car just before New Year’s 2019 and it was an upgrade from the S3 Saloon and is now the 4th Audi we have owned. We have been in and around the car scene for several years with car ranging from classic Mini’s to a MK4 Astra GSi in Red that Luisa has owned for 12 years and is waiting to be restored back to showroom condition. The RS3 saloon is a great car for us having the space needed the looks and the performance to keep up with most cars on the road.

The RS3 performance is currently stock!

Engine:

  • 2.5-Liter Five Cylinder;
  • 394BHP; and
  • 0-60 – 3.9secs.

External Mods

  • 3m Satin Orange Wrap by ‘Urban Automotive’;
  • Eibach lowering Springs by ‘Deutschtech’;
  • Maxton Design Front splitter, side sills and rear spats fitted by us; and
  • Vossen 20” CVT in Tinted Black gloss supplied by ‘WheelBase’ .
  • MaxLoad Air Ride with P1 management,
  • Tire stickers from tirestickers.com,
  • Ultimate customs paddle extensions,
  • BAF K-Bar in the boot

We wanted to change the look of the car so decided on a Wrap from ‘Nero Design’ which are part of Urban Automotive team in Milton Keynes. We wanted something that stood out after a car Jacking attempt 10mins after picking the car up so went for the 3m Satin Orange wrap, Chrome delete and had the original wheels changed to black. They had the car for a week and the results were amazing, they have a great and dedicated team that helped us through the process whilst teasing us with some black and white shots.

We knew we needed to add something to the front and sides of the RS3 and after some research and getting feedback we decided to order the front splitter, side sills and rear spats from Maxton. When they arrived, they were really easy to fit on the drive way and fitted perfectly.

The latest addition was the 20” Vossen CVT wheels in tinted Black, having time during lock down to look at the car scene and what is on offer we bit the bullet and decided to finish off what we have started it needed so new shoes and something that would make it stand out that little bit more. We decided on the Tinted black as they tie in with the gloss black parts on the car but give enough detail, so you don’t lose the design of the wheels being all black.

We will be on the lookout for some additional mods in the future to include a new boot spoiler, upgrade on the front seats to the Audi Sport seats and a little further down the line a custom exhaust to get a little more noise from the engine.
