About me

I am Laura, 35 years old from South Wales, I am a mum  2 children and I am a paint sprayer by trade, I am a massive American V8 enthusiast but love all motors 

What is your Group for?

Sugar Skull is for all makes, models of cars, vans and bikes. We are a club for all petrol heads and enthusiasts. From standard motors, street modified fully modified show motors, V8's, classic to unique and different.

Why did you start the Group?

I started the sugar skull car club on the 1st of March 2021 because I was made fun of for my modified ford s-max and wanted to start a club for people with unique and different style cars, we grow so fast and now in September we hit 2.7k members with all different cars, vans and bikes, I wanted a club where others like myself with unique motors to share our passion and love for being unique, I wanted a club for all to be part of and can show their motors off and not be judged or made fun of for it.

Tell us about your Group

We are a sugar skull family, we are based in South Wales but I have members from all over the UK, and abroad, we are a club for all car lovers to come together and show their motors off, share ideas, ask for information about modifications, help, we have standard, street modified, fully modified show motors, American v8's, Australian motors, classic motors, high-performance motors, we are for all petrol heads with the love of all motors to be part of something different and unique but with the old car scene value.

Do you hold events ect?

We hold meets local, Bristol, Hampshire and next year even Scotland, we do cruises, we hold club stands at events and shows all over the country and at all big events.

Do you hold Competitions?

We do random competitions 

Do you have a charity you support?

I am working on doing charity events for mental health services and ADHD and Autism
